Delivery estimate
Estimated delivery to the United States, United Kingdom and Europe is 4–6 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates; customs checks, remote destinations and carrier delays may affect arrival.

Tracking your order
When your order is dispatched, we send a shipping confirmation with tracking information. Tracking updates may take time to appear after the carrier receives the parcel.
Taxes and customs
Applicable charges collected by OARLO are shown at checkout. Depending on your destination, local authorities or the carrier may request import duties or taxes that are not collected at checkout. Free shipping does not mean that all import charges are included.
Delivery details and support
Please check your delivery address before paying. If you need an address correction, your tracking has stopped updating, or your parcel arrives damaged, contact oarlosupporte@gmail.com with your order number. Address changes may not be possible after dispatch.
