You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason, subject to the conditions below. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
How to request a return
Email oarlosupporte@gmail.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to return your purchase. We will provide the return instructions and the correct return address. Do not send the parcel to an address printed on the shipping label without checking with us.
Send the item back within 14 days of notifying us. Keep proof of postage and your tracking receipt.
Condition of returned items
Return the applicator with its included parts and, where possible, its original packaging. You may inspect it as you would in a shop. You may be responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.
A hygiene exception applies only where an item is supplied sealed, is genuinely unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, and that seal has been broken after delivery, as permitted by applicable law. This does not limit your rights if the product is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.
Return costs
You are responsible for the direct cost of a change-of-mind return. OARLO covers the return cost for defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied items.
Refunds
For eligible withdrawals, we refund the purchase price and any standard outbound delivery charge within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever happens first. Extra charges for a delivery upgrade are not refundable.
Refunds go to the original payment method unless another method is expressly agreed. Your payment provider may take additional time to display the credit.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
Contact oarlosupporte@gmail.com with your order number and details of the issue. Photos can help us assess the problem. We will explain the next steps and the remedies available under applicable law.
